The factors that are within the control of an organization affect it in many ways. These factors can be so extreme that they even define the success or failure of your organization. So to know what you can control and what affects your working, go on have a read!

Workforce: Entrepreneurs must know this- Hiring the ideal team is essential. The workforce of your organization is the foundation. They need to be firm, motivated, energetic and willing to embrace challenges. Any of the opposite won’t work.
Politics: Office politics is a known phenomenon. This can get really dirty and come in the way of the productivity your team brings. Having a positive working environment and being united is essential to bring out the best.
Budget: No company can survive without money. Getting enough funds is necessary to provide for whatever is needed. Capital resources are the need.
Operational Efficiency: The efficiency of your organization defines its standing in the marketplace. The time you consume to deliver projects, the quality of your product, how does your team deal with customers etc accounts for efficiency. Identify the places where your organization is not efficient enough and work on it.
Infrastructure: Entrepreneurs must vouch for this- Infrastructure will define how well your employees perform. To function well, an organization needs to have all that it takes to reach there. A proper work place, internet connection, electronic devices etc. All of this must be in a healthy working condition.
To all the entrepreneurs, other than external factors there are a number of factors that are within your reach. Take control and get things right. Ask yourself what needs improvement and work on it.
